Richard assisted me in dealing with the banks when my home was 'under water'. Previously to hiring Richard I tried to get the bank to modify my loan. After 9 months of going back and forth with lost paperwork and delayed response with the bank I decided I needed help. It was then I turned to Richard. After explorig all my options I decided to do a short sale of my home. Richard handled everything for me with very little anxiety on my part. He is professional and is a no BS kind of guy. Which, in my experience, is hard to find in a real estate profession. My financial woes with the mortgage loan are now behind me and I owe my new found financial freedom to Richard. I highly recommend him for any real estate or insurance need you may have.
